Founded in 2006, our company began as an insurance-based restoration firm dedicated to restoring homes and completing small remodels. Over the years, we evolved into a premier restoration company, specializing in helping homeowners rebuild after fire or water damage. Working closely with top water mitigation companies in the valley, we provided expert finishing services to bring homes back to life.

As our passion and expertise grew, we set our sights on larger remodels and new construction projects. This journey led us to transform into a full-service custom home building firm, offering complete interior design services and a dedicated landscape division. While we continue to provide exceptional restoration and remodeling services, our primary focus is on luxury custom spec builds in the greater Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas.

We had an insurance claim in which flood damage occurred to our living room ceiling. We also had to replace flooring in the upstairs bathroom directly above the living room.
