Process

Have a remodeling dream and want it to become reality? The first step to building or remodeling is to schedule an appointment to meet with a project consultant. From there you will develop a budget, timeline and a vision of the spaces being developed.

Once the detailed timeline and design has been agreed on within budget, we will have construction documents generated and approved so the process can move forward. Your project consultant will work side by side you to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. The timeline will be closely looked at as the projects proceeds to ensure we stay within budget. Design and materials will all be selected through the stages as needed.

The project is complete! Once the final stages have been completed, your personal project manager will do a final walk through of the project entirely to ensure guaranteed customer satisfaction. At this time, documents will be closed out and payments will be completed as well.
