1. Informational Website; No Construction Contract

The Website provides general information about Patterson Homes, its services, markets, and project-review process. Website content is not an offer to perform construction services, a promise of availability, a construction estimate, a schedule commitment, or a binding agreement.

Submitting a contact form, project-review form, property-opportunity form, or other inquiry does not create a construction contract, design agreement, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other contractual obligation. Project inquiries and preliminary conversations are non-binding. Patterson Homes is not obligated to accept a project or respond to every inquiry.

Any preliminary scope, budget discussion, schedule discussion, consultation, or estimate is non-binding unless and until incorporated into a separately executed written agreement signed by authorized parties. A separately executed agreement governs the construction services described in that agreement. These Terms do not override a signed Patterson Homes construction agreement, statutory contractor obligations, statutory warranties, Arizona Registrar of Contractors requirements, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Website Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep Website information current, but the Website may contain errors, omissions, or information that is no longer current. Service descriptions, project scopes, market references, schedules, imagery, and other Website content may change without notice. Patterson Homes may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.

Website content does not guarantee that a particular service, construction method, material, consultant, trade, product, permit outcome, schedule, or project result will be available or appropriate for a particular property. Actual project requirements depend on site conditions, scope, permits, inspections, design, engineering, applicable law, and the parties' separately executed agreement.
